Direct-To-Garment-Printing:
In Direct-To-Garment-Printing, e. g. a T-shirt can be positioned inside a printer. The printer then performs the printing process, similar to known printing processes on paper. Often, the fabric needs to be pre-treated, for the ink to better adhere. After the printing process the wet ink then will be dried in an oven; this when printing in large production runs.
Over the most recent years, Direct-To-Garment-Printing has taken new levels of mass printing: Instead of individual machines printing on shirts, now an oval shape printer with multiple printing heads can process on an industrial scale.
Below video shows a process.
